Unfinished work, no communication They took over $15K from me, leaving just $500 unpaid on three estimates, with two days of work still left to finish. It has now been five months without any contact, explanation, or reply from them. They abandoned the job, leaving about $2K worth of work incomplete, even though everything was PAID as agreed. This lack of professionalism and follow-through is unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs!Posted on Google

I needed to get my kitchenette done in a timely manner, but more importantly, STAY ON BUDGET. Firuz and the team at MKB went above and beyond what I thought shops needed to do. They were alongside us through every step of the process. Collaborative planning, 3D renderings, meeting with the manufacturers, and finally overseeing installation on the day of and even a follow through. I’m so glad I came across them. Seeing and hearing the reactions from friends as they see the completed project definitely made it worth it. I can’t say enough good things about the experience we had with Firuz at MODA Kitchen & Bath. Not only was the design top-notch, but the final price was much better than the other three quotes we received. Firuz handled every aspect of the project, including the complicated permit process, with total ease. He is a very friendly guy who clearly takes a lot of pride in his work and his clients' satisfaction. The transaction was smooth, and the personalized attention to detail was unlike anything I ve seen in the industry. We chose Fabuwood cabinetry for our modern kitchen, Quartz Top for our countertops and backsplash, and the sleek finish is exactly what we were dreaming of. When we compared their quote to two other shops, MODA’s pricing was much more affordable without sacrificing quality. Firuz kept us updated daily as the project manager, which made for a very smooth transaction. His desiggn creativity is very good, and he helped us pick out a unique backsplash that ties the whole room together. Firuz acted as both our lead designer and project manager, ensuriing that every detail was executed perfectly. We spent weeks getting quotes from other local companies, but MODA kitchen and bath’s price for Medallion Cabinetry was significantly better than anyone else's. Firuz has a level of design creativity that is very good; he found ways to add storage we didn’t think was possible. The work crews were incredibly clean and respectful of our home throughout the entire demolition and install. It was a remarkably smooth transaction from the first visit to the big showroom to the final walkthrough. The only thing I enjoy more than my beautiful new kitchen, dining room, bathroom, master bath and laundry room from Moda Kitchen and Bath was working with Gohkan and Firuz of Moda Kitchen and Bath! This was my first time remodeling anything and it was a tremendous undertaking of our home that was built in the 1930s. It required expertise in all phases of renovations and a bit of patience - which is exactly what I received from Moda. Plus this was my father's home and it held many special memories for me. From the beginning when making cabinet, flooring and tile selections, to decisions about layout and installation, to the final work, Gohkan provided invaluable guidance every step of the way. I was often not staying in the home while construction was going on so I heavily relied on Gokhan's routine updates, communications and pictures of the progress. And because of the trust we had developed with each other, I became very comfortable with some of these things were taken care of with me not being there, making things so much more manageable for me. As the work continued, of course the scope of the job grew, and each time Gokhan was able to secure and coordinate the additional work. There was never an issue that arose that Gohkan did not have a solution. I could not love my new kitchen, dining room, laundry and two bathrooms more, and am grateful to Gokhan, Firuz and Moda Kitchen and Bath for all of it. Team of Firuz and Gokhan was extremely helpful and patient, going one by one thru every details. The project deadline was 6 weeks for both bathrooms, but they completed in 4 weeks.
